ا. جميع المصممين الفائزين التي تُعرض أعمالهم الفائزة من قبل الجهة المنظمة للمسابقة يمتلكون كامل حقوق الملكية لملصقاتهم. أي استخدام غير مصرح به للملصقات الفائزة المعروضة من قبل أي جهة أخرى هو ضد تلك حقوق

ب. بالمشاركة في المسابقة، يؤكد المشاركون تلقائياً إمتلاكهم الكامل للمواد المصممة و يصرحون ان أعمالهم تلك لا تَنتهك أي حقوق لأي طرف آخر أو تحتوي على أي مشاكل قانونية

ج. سيتم إستبعاد أي تصاميم تتعدى على حقوق الملكية لأي عمل آخر من المنافسة. أي مسائلات تأتي نتيجة هذا الإنتهاك هي مسئولية المصمم المشارك بالملصق

د. أي ملصقات تحتوي على لغة نابية، أو تنتهك مبادئ أخلاقية، أو قوانين المشاركة، أو حقوق أي طرف آخر أو تحتوي على محتوى سياسي أو ديني أو جنسي مهين سيتم إستبعادها تلقائياً من المنافسة

ه. بالمشاركة بأعمالكم، فإنكم توافقون على شروطنا المذكرة أعلاه، و في حالة الفوز، تسمحون بعرض تصاميمكم الفائزة من خلال منافذ عرض مسابقة ١٠٠/١٠٠ ، للنشر على أي من منصات القنوات العامة وطباعة الوسائط لتمريرها إلى المجال العام من خلال المنافسة

a. All winning posters’ copyrights belong to the owners. Any unauthorized use of the material exposed by the competition is against copyright regulations and are unprohibited by the competition organizers. The copyrights of posters are held exclusively by their own designers.

b. By submitting their work, participants automatically confirm their copyright to the submitted designs and declare that it does not infringe any rights of any third party or bares any legal defects.

c. Any copyright-infringing designs submitted will be disqualified from the competition. Any issues caused by such infringement is the sole responsibility of the participant submitting the entry.

d. Any entries baring extreme offensive language, violating moral principles, common binding laws, the rights of third parties, baring visual offensive data or featuring sexual, political or religious extreme visuals will be disqualified from the competition.

e. By submitting your work, you are agreeing on our terms and conditions and, in the case of winning, allowing 100/100 Hundred Best Arabic Posters to showcase your winning design(s) in any exhibtion, to publish it on any of the platform's public channels and print mediums to pass it/them into the public realm through the competition.
